Evaluation of voltammetric method for the determination of electrodeposited copper in citrate medium validated by ICP-OES

چکیده
Copper (Cu) is a toxic pollutant and its presence in wastewater, even at low concentrations, can have significant environmental impact. In this work, method for the determination of Cu was developed using voltammetric technique involving platinum electrode citrate medium. ppb level determined by both chronoamperometry (CA) anodic linear scanning voltammetry (ALSV), results were compared to those from inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). The obtained similar, having deviation 2.56%. least squares used evaluate correlation between ALSV ICP-OES results. Statistical analyses showed 95% confidence interval.
